The fashion industry's shift toward circularity is being held back not by ambition, but by infrastructure. Brands are overwhelmed by fragmented data, siloed processes, and manual workflows that can't keep pace with the complexity of take-back, resale, recycling, and compliance at scale.
Reclaim is the AI-native operating system built to fix that. It is a single intelligence layer that unifies product lifecycle data, connects brands, consumers, resellers, and recyclers, and automates circular workflows end-to-end.
I joined as the company's primary designer across product, marketing, branding, and strategic communications. My work spanned the full product ecosystem: from consumer-facing mobile and web experiences that bring circularity directly to users, to a B2B analytics dashboard giving brands real operational visibility, to the company website and investor materials that shaped how Reclaim showed up in the market.

CONSUMER EXPERIENCE (B2C APP)
Designed the end-to-end UX architecture for Reclaim's B2C mobile and web applications. The product brings circular fashion directly to consumers, enabling them to scan garments, build a digital closet, and receive AI-powered recommendations for resale, recycling, or donation.
This is the consumer side of Reclaim's data flywheel. Every item scanned, every resale intent captured, every circular action taken feeds back into the platform's intelligence layer, giving brands richer visibility into product lifecycle behaviour and post-purchase consumer signals.

CHROME EXTENSION
Designed Reclaim's Chrome extension, the entry point for Reclaim's "Buy Now, Sell Later™" model. As consumers shop online, the extension lets them opt into future resale at the moment of purchase, capturing resale intent data that brands can use to forecast GMV, model customer lifetime value uplift, and track basket size changes.
Users can track shopping activity, save products to wishlists, get real-time resale value estimates, and add purchases directly into their digital wardrobes, making circularity a seamless part of how people already shop.

COMPANY WEBSITE & INVESTOR EXPERIENCE
Designed the Reclaim company website and all investor-facing digital experiences to support fundraising, brand partnerships, and business development. The site needed to communicate a genuinely novel category - an agentic OS for an industry mid-transformation - to both enterprise brand partners and potential investors.
